Jeez... what a choice
Are we talking about which is your favourite car to take on holiday or just a general favourite?! :)
Favourite holiday car is a '73 99 which took my wife and I round Europe several times and was as reliable as could be, went fast enough to break all the speed limits, but its character was laid back and relaxing - perfect for a holiday...
BUT in terms of pure FUN you can't beat a '80 black 2 door 99 turbo - serious grin-making, grip-around-corners, turbo-lagging then woooAAH-type acceleration fun!
2nd place goes to the '75 99 EMS - go-cart fun without so much 'go' as the turbo, but less to go wrong.
3rd place would be a V4 on freewheel down a 5 mile slope, scaring the **** out of the driver you're passing as the revs rise sharply when you accelerate out of freewheel to get up the other side - priceless!
