Bumpers are an easy fix at a bumper repair shop. I had mine done when the car was repainted/ restored. It's a 1970 99. in beautiful shape now. It's tough to keep everything stock, especially if the original triumph engine has its timing chain get lose and bend all of your valves. keep an eye on that if you have the original 1709cc engine!!!! I had it happen to mine and i now have a '73 2.0L engine in it with dual ZS carbs. I have been able to find everything I needed to fully restore this car, but it's not stock, and it wasn't easy by a long shot. I have found many parts sources for this year. If you need anything email me, and i can let you know if I have a parts source for that part. The car even had to have the windshield shaved in order to be put in after the restoration because the body shop could only find one windshield and the rubber seals were the last known ones in the country, and they were for a different sized windshield... so someone had to cut a 1/4 inch off the bottom.
