Burlingame v. B&B Service Dept ?

I live about halfway between Burlingame Saab and B&B Saab. I had always taken my previous Saabs to B&B for service, but have gotten a new one, and am considering trying Burlingame for warranty work/"free" maintenance.
B&B has always done a fine job, but they're usually overly busy and it takes a long time to get a car checked in there for service in the morning.
Is there a consensus as to which has the better service department, or any words of wisdom anyone can offer in choosing between the two?
Thanks!
