It's time for the Bay Area SAAB Clubs second meet of the 2003 season. We had a great turn out on June 7th at Dirito Bros. SAAB in Walnut Creek and hope to have just a large of a gathering on Saturday August 2, 2003 at Burlingame SAAB in San Mateo. The event will begin at 10 am and follow the same general format as the Dirito Bros. meet. Lunch will be provided along with beverages and as usual we ask that you rsvp one of us so we can make sure there is enough for everyone. Our host will be Neal McClelland the new Service Manager who took over for Mike DeSmet and Shane Turner the Parts Department Manager. The Parts Department will be open for special discounts to club members so take advantage! During lunch we will hold a club meeting to update members on the status of BASC joining SCNA and other club issues. After lunch we will have the customary SAAB raffle prizes so don't forget to fill out a raffle ticket when you arrive. Burlingame SAAB will also have the new 2003 models for us to test drive all during the meet. I can't guarantee any exploding air bad demos, but there should be something for everyone. The event ends at 3 pm.
