The diagnosis by the shop was correct, but they put on the wrong gas cap! I went to europarts for a replacement, but that one didn't work any better. They first sent me a replacement, assuming the first was defective. Turns out there are TWO different caps available for the 9-5. Mine uses a push-and-turn cap, while the other type is a screw-in cap. Europarts was kind enough to research this for me, and sent me the push-type which worked perfectly! Many thanks to them for helping me resolve this problem, and allowing me to send back two caps at no expense to me. Great service!
