I search the world for this windshield as did the insurance company. None to be found. I ended up going with Safelite. You are correct that the HUD works, but a bit fuzzy/blurry, although easy enough to read. I don't really notice it anymore. After my crack and 110K miles of pitting, I was more than happy! Good luck.
Side note - when they removed the plastic covers around the rear-view mirror, they cracked off the tabs holding it up. No problem - $12 for new ones - cannot find these either! They tried some glue, but it did not work. Be ready for this headache. Maybe remove them yourself.
And another thing I just thought of - you know the plastic push retainers on the side molding of the window? They had to bust off the OEM pill-shaped ones and replaced them with some round ones that did not fit the indent. Had to buy these too - not cheap!
Cheers,
Steve
