Window switch pack compatibility

In trying to find a lower-cost switch pack for my 95 900s 4-dr, I found that the 95-98 have the same pack, but the 94 has a different one - it's missing the power lock button. Not a huge deal, since you can still do the power locks with the door button even with the existing pack removed (I tried it). But one question - I'm wondering if the connectors to the wiring pigtail have the same contact pins (so that RF window is the same, Lr window the same, sunroof the same, etc) are compatible. I'd hope that the missing pins on the 94 are the 3 locking pins (15,16,17) that exist on the 95 and above. The Haynes manual is a bit vague in this area...
I narrowed down the blown fuse issue to the pack itself, fyi. if you remove the pack, put the fuse in and turn on the key, the fuse is OK. As soon as you plug the pack in, the fuse blows. I didn't try to soak the old pack, since if I screwed something up the front windows wouldn't work either, and they work today!!
thx - andy
