Thanks for responding. When it is cold the temp meter won't hit 9'clock. It stays very low, resulting in no heat, and usually the CEL comes on. When it warms, CEL goes away. Stuck t-stat? When driving, as soon as I get to 2500 rpm, the tach will drop to zero, just for a moment, while the rpm's (car) slows down under 2500 rpm. It goes up and down quickly. So quickly the car will not stall out and results in the jerking of the car. I cannot get past 2500 to 3000 rpm's.
