Great, glad to know you are informed. Hope my info was informative and not snooty. I was just trying to be clear since I have seen a lot of confusion before in posts about this. I was confused for a long time myself!

There are no aftermarket or PC versions of the Tech II that anyone on this board is aware of. Interesting that such a thing is available for VW. I know some aftermarket companies making tuning software for Honda.

As for the Tech II, if you work at a GM dealership, it sounds like you already have the direct connection. Perhaps there is a GM tech support line you can call? If you get more info, please post back on this board!
