Want your NG to handle better?? Install some decent struts, shocks, and, while you're at it, replace the springs as well. I redid my '95 SEt over the winter, and, among other things, I had a set of Bilsteins installed and a set of BG springs put in. This lowered the chassis 3", which makes my NG waaay more surefooted in high speed turns. The ride is a little stiffer, and there is NO ground clearance (but that's why I now have a winter car), but it's a huge improvement over the stock set up. I think my NG would out handle a sport sedan (haven't found anyone out there in one of those fake Saabs willing to take us on).
Not sure that anti-sway bars will help---may, in some cases, make the handling worse by creating more oversteer at speed.
