It is to be expected some judder with older cars. Usually is a combination of things. Uneven wear in the clutch assembly and flywheel causes the judder when taking off in first. A faulty mount will just make things even worse. A oil contaminated clutch friction disc will also cause this. So cure will be a new flywheel or resurfaced one and a new clutch plus new mounts. But I guess most will leave with the symptom.
