Yes, the whole part between the seats and the lower portion that holds the A/C control knobs and seat switches.
It is an air duct under there going from the front to back that needs to be removed before unbolting the shifter box.
This is one of the jobs that I talked about that is on the brink of maybe being better to pay for, especially on a non ACC car and stick shift which is a little bit more tricky compared to an ACC and auto car.
Shop labor is about 2 hours to replace the switch.
