need:
New T5 ECU for any significant amount of boost, 2.0L T5 ECU will not work, so get one from a 2.3L turbo or get custom programming.
intake manifold + gasket I think (and bracket, will other end of bracket connect to block?)
turbo + WGA + support bracket + gasket (anything on the block for other end of bracket?)
turbo feed pipe (anything for its upper support connection to block?)
exhaust manifold + two gaskets
down pipe
oil pan with a provision for turbo oil return
Less compression ratio, can't boost much on 10:5 CR, so new pistons it would seem, perhaps con rods as well. The 2.0 and 2.3 engines have the same bore. 2.0L has shorter stroke. I don't know if you want to change out the crankshaft or not.
different intake manfold I think
different fuel injectors
throttle body
throttle body transition casting (TBTC) plus intake air temp sensor
TB feed pipe
IC (Viggen?) and its air dams at each end (got IC mount points)
IC hoses and intermediate pipe (Viggen IC? -->new lower rad hose)
MBC+A or BPC
new IAC, yes, different according to haynes
MAP sensor and hose
BPV and VAC hose and 25mm return hose
ECU engine/wiring harness
new instrument panel if you want boost indicator, otherwise boost guage
DIC
plugs
larger oil pump (To accomodate turbo oil flow and more flow to piston cooling jets. I think the 2.3NA has those jets as well. With the existing oil pump, there might not be enough oil flow.)
oil cooler
oil filter mount with thermostatic control for oil cooler
turbo oil feed and drain lines
turbo coolant feed lines (and what do those connect to on your engine?)
new air box top and rubber flex hose
can't use that old wimpy exhaust system so get a new one
I don't know if the cams are different or not.
Remember that the turbo charger+WGA has 9 hose/pipe connections:
2 coolant
2 oil
2 intake air
2 exhaust
1 WGA
Turbo models have larger clutches. Turbo models also had lower springs and different shocks, grippier tires too.
Got ABS? Will one for Motronic ECU work with T5 ECU?
sounds easy?
