Are you replacing the whole thing (rare) or just the tie rod end (typical).

Haynes:
track rod to steering gear 69 ft-lb
tie rod end clamp bolts 18 ft-lb - probably no room for a t-wrench
toe rod end to steering arm 44 ft-lb

Measure the gap across the tie rod to tie rod end on old unit and set the same as first aproximation for the toe-in. Calipers would be good. That dimension should not exceed 52mm. Exposed threads on each side of adjustment nut should be balanced.

Those threads may be hard to move, as the slot allows water to get into the length of the threads, so you may need penetrating oil along those gaps. With new parts, oil/grease these as a rust preventative, ditto for thread of clamp screws.

Almost all will need to go to an alignment shop aftwards to get the toe-in adjusted. Toe-in guages can be had, but are very difficult to use with this vehicle, lack of ground clearance etc.
