I had the one on my '95 replaced at about 60k due to leakage. In fact, if you have oil leaking from the bellhousing and it's not engine oil then 99.9% sure it's the transmission input shaft seal. The seal is fairly cheap, less than $50, IIRC, but the trans must be pulled to replace it.
You'll want to replace the two output shaft seals and the shift rod seal at the same time, and you might as well do the clutch while the trans is out, or you'll end up paying the ~5 hrs. labor twice when the clutch goes.
Figure $100 for all four seals, $400-500 for the clutch kit, ~$300 labor, call it a grand, plus or minus.
