The quote of 6 hours is very generous. My independent did this same job (including rear engine seal) in 8 hours at $92/hr. In other words, your quote is very generous. I am not sure what state is your Flywheel, but my guess is that unless you are a profesional speed racer, you can probably get away with resurfacing the fly wheel. This is also an excellent time to change the Tranny oil to synthetic. Make sure that rear engine seal get done.

The connections to the clutch arm MUST be properly lubed, of all of this work will be only 1/2 as effective as it needs to be. You should really consider a new cable. That however costs about 50dollars + installation.
