If you can't get your remote working, then it's going to be a lot more than $200! You'll have to replace the entire alarm ECU for about $700, plus labor at the dealer to get the remotes programmed. If by some miracle you can get the remote working, then go to eBay and buy yourself a used remote or two for $30 and have the dealer program that. Your other options are to live without the alarm or to buy a cheaper aftermarket model. Of course that assumes your car wasn't locked when the remote died.
