Another misfire question

Hi-
I just yesterday bought a 97 900 SET with 113k... Today, while winding it out on the highway, it started to stutter and shudder when I had full throttle on at around 75-80mph... This tripped the check engine light, which coded as a misfire in cylinder 1...
What should I do first? I plan on pulling the plugs later today, then what? Would FI cleaner in the fuel help? Is it a vacuum problem?
Thanks
Marshall
