First, the only sites I know of theat have info on dealer incentives are http://www.edmunds.com and http://www.intellichoice.com. There may be others, of course, but these seem up to date and reliable. You can also use the anecdotal evidence posted on these boards or others. To be honest with you, I haven't seen evidence that the Viggen incentive has been carried over this month in any of these places. But be patient - it may just be a while before news gets around.
Second, from what I've read on these boards, Saab dealers typically accept invoice less rebates/incentives plus a small profit of $500-$1000. Some people report that the dealer will take just invoice less incentives, and live off of the dealer holdback and any volume discounts they may be receiving. Remember also that the dealer will make a profit off of your trade in and will profit in the long run from warranty repairs and periodic service. If the car has been on the lot for a while, and it doesn't look like it will sell soon, the dealer may even take a loss (they have a note on the car that costs them interest every day it sits unsold).
Finally, you do qualify for the loyalty rebate, and you don't have to trade in your current Saab. All I had to do was show them my title and sign a form that gave the dealership the money. This assumes the loyalty rebate still in effect, which I imagine it is.
