Try recirculating the air by pressing the button that controls this when in slow moving traffic. The automatic environment controls in cars do this when traveling at slow speeds. My 9-5 has this feature. I often have to engage it manually when stuck behind a truck (lorry) that is spewing diesel smog. The hydrogen sulphide smell goes away after about 10,000 miles. It may be resolved by trying different fuels. Remember, if you are driving and smell it, it more than likely is not coming from your car.
