My carton arrived from Daniel Stern today. Took me 40 minutes to changeover both lamps. Of this, 15 minutes was opening the carton and retrieving the styrofoam popcorn that blew across the patio. SO it was under 25 minutes for two headlamps.
You need an 8mm socket with 3-4 inch extension and T25 Torx bit. Remove grille by squeezing clips on top at each end and raise up (the clips are part of headlamp assembly). Undo two Torx screws along top back of each headlamp. Then - the tricky bit - undo 8mm bolt holding turnlight fitting. Bolt is in the cavity between turnlight and headlamp (outer side of headlamp). Remove turnlight and undo last Torx screw in outer side of headlamp. Remove headlamp - a little juggling as it has to be lifted up as you pull it out to clear the wiper. Disconnect the wiring harness - use a small flat screwdriver to pry up the connector cover. Reinstall doing the above in backward order.
