No car should make annoying noises rattles etc...especially when new...ask them to show you another car on the lot that does the same thing...I am going through the same situation w/ my 9-3 creaks on the passenger side and they say its normal...Its not I drove the same car as a loaner and it was silent. Saab has some serious issues with build quality as far as I am concerned and the dealers are conent with half ass fixes and saying that stuff is normal and nothing is wrong...It seems that Saab corporate in and effort to have people buy Saabs whould address this issues first and foremost. I don't mind taking something in to get fixed...stuff happens. but when i have to take it in 3-4-5 times and it still does not get fixed and I get the looks in the service department like I am the one that is being an ass because I want my $30,000 car w/4,000 miles not to have something wrong withit every other day....let us kow how it goes...
