I agree...But on the other hand it is more of a trust issue at the same time...If his dealer is doing this to him know it shows a great deal of credibility problems with his dealership. They should know what oil to use in the cars they sell. I would be pissed especially if Saab recommends it, whether it harms the engine or not...I don't think you should have to resort to having to buy your own oil to get the oil change done correctly..
