Viggen spark plugs-what's the latest thinking??

When I first got my Viggen a little over a year ago, this board was full of postings about whether or not to use the stock NGK PFR7H10 gapped at 0.39" versus a NGK BCPR6ES gapped at .034-.035". Many claimed the latter alternative to the stock recommendation made for smoother idling, reduced carbon build-up, surges in the NASDAQ, etc.
I made the switch at about 15,000 miles and found little perceptible difference between the two. Moreover, the stock originals had little fouling, even after 15k miles.

As I approach my 30k service, I want to put new plugs in to satisfy the dealer's warranty card but am at a loss as to which to use.

Any comments now that a year has elapsed since I have seen mcuh ranting over the plug subject??
