that the picture is in two separate parts. Try copying the image and pasting it into an editor and you get only half of the picture (or do a save as on the upper and the lower sections and you will find it has different names. Can't see any reason why one wouldn't put it back together as a single image but it sure supports the contention that it has been doctored.
