So somebody here pointed out that OEM oil filter is a re-labeled AC Delco PF53.

My wife and I went to Walmart, and I was fooling around with Auto section (as usual while my wife gets stuff). There found that Walmart house brand (supertech) filter ST3614 is just another PF53 in the different package. The same 'AA' stamped in the face as PF53, and body/ gasket/ valve looks exactly identical. $5.25 at dealership, $2.75 for PF53 and $1.97 for ST3614. Probably one could find the same filter in other brand's box too.

Anybody knows about the manufacturer and/ or confirm that they are in fact all the same? Just curious to see if I can save a few bucks at every oil change and get myself a 6-pack!
