Hello,
Don't be fooled by the last post.. my dealer did the SAME thing and the problem is back. The dealer told me Saab is aware of the problem. It is caused by the mixture used in creating the bushings. It is too stiff in colder climates and it will twist on the sway bar as opposed to flexing. (this causes the noise you are hearing) I posted to this board some time ago and others told me to just live with it. I'm sorry, but if I wanted to adopt this type of thinking I would have chosen to stay with my Ford. I think we all should create a letter and send it to the our respective AG's. This type of mass problem would force Saab to issue a recall. For those of you who think I am mis-guided... don't forget... what is an annoyance today can develop into major faliure in the future....and we all know Saab's comment then...."did you buy the extended warranty?....no?...oh too bad!"
