I spent 6 months looking for my 9-3 and went to every dealer in Mass. My first advice, would be to sign up online for a test drive. Go to http://www.saabusa.com in the upper left, click on "request a test drive". Then fill out all your info. This tells the dealers you know what's up and they have the car ready when you arrive and don't waste time with you. They take you much more seriously.

Anyways, the quick low down on the boston dealers...

acton saab - huge inventory, but some of the salespeople are total jackals! they have the highest price for the cars, no question, but you have a lot to choose from. scale of 1 - 10...4 (stay away from the fat sales guy, he is lazy)

charles river - limited inventory on the lot, great prices, excellet service center. scale of 1 -10 ...8

framingham - owned by charles river, imporved inventory, best prices, strong service center. scale of 1- 10 ...8

128 - TONS of Saabs, ask for Sales manager, he knows his stuff backwards and forwards, best i've ever met, trade off, kind of pricy. scale of 1-10...10

Regardless, sign up online and if you are definately going to buy, make sure you get entered for the Montreux Jazz Festival promotion. It's a cool vacation give away, where someone who test drives wins. MAKE SURE YOU ASK THE DEALER ABOUT IT!!! SOME ARE BOBOS, DON'T LEAVE THE DEALERSHIP WITHOUT SIGNING UP FOR THE MONTREUX PROMO!!!
