When our dealership was Bankston, I got a 9-3 base as a loaner. It was silver and had leather seats. I thought to myself, "what a nice loaner car!" Then Bankston Saab became Sewell Saab and moved to a new location. Sales practices are far superior, and servicing is much better. But you have to call far ahead and talk sweetly to get a Saab loaner. I learned the hard way by just asking for a loaner and got a GMC Jimmy 4x2. It was a total POS. Sure, I was happy that they gave me something, but the Jimmys are junk mobiles. It rattled like crazy, and I took apart the entire door panel while waiting at a stoplight!
