Ok, I think I got it straight now. My dealer recommends DOT4 Synthetic, original SAAB #30560448 for Viggen and 9-5. The label sais that it contains polyalkelene glycol ethers and it is compatible with other DOT3,4 or 5.1 fluids. It is not silicon based! It costs more than for ex. Castrol DOT4 fluid. I'll give it a try. 250 ml bottle goes for aprox $11 CAN.
