$119? That's pretty good. I got mine for $109+tax at Circuit City for an open box returned unit (that looked like it was never even used...the connectors didn't even show any scratches).
As for how I installed it, I replied to that farther up (more recent post) on this board.
It is working great and I love it! It was more work than I thought it would be, but I learned a lot in the process and take great satisfaction from coming up with a solution that worked without having to put an amp in the hatch. In fact, I haven't actually replaced my dash and rear speakers yet. After investing in the amp and door speakers the sound was so improved that I decided to wait until next year to change out the dash speakers. (Odd that I went after the harder job first... :-)
