I got the run around too. I thought I was going to luck out because the Saab District Manager happened to be coming to my local dealer about a week after I had started to inquire. So I arranged to meet him to show him the wheels. He looked and then very politely told me that they weren't bad enough to warrant replacement. He told me he could recommend a guy who would re-finish them at my expense. He also said that since I only have 20K miles that if they got much worse before the 50K end of warranty time, that he'd replace them after another inspection. He told me at the current time that the thing that I was complaining about was not what the other people on the internet had been complaining about. He said that other people's wheels were really peeling badly. Mine are peeling and faded in some areas, but apparently not nearly as bad as other's (or so the Saab guy said). I am disappointed, but figure that I'll just wait another 10K and they'll be bad enough to get a replacement.
Good luck.
