Rear shocks wearing out too fast (long) ..75+mph slide!

My car went through 2 sets of rear shocks in 9000 miles (covered by warranty) before I installed Konis; I then also installed Eibach springs.
Anyway I thought this was a problem with the Saab shocks that would be solved with the Konis ...until yesterday.
I have been overall satisfied with the handling of the Eibach/Konis combination but had quite a scare that leads me to believe the rear shocks are wearing out faster than the front.
I entered a relatively open curve at over 120km/h (75mph) and naturally the weight transferred to one side. While approaching the exit of the turn, the tail comes loose. Steering wheel correction had me in a slide ...at that speed!! As soon as the rear wheels reagained traction, the degree of body roll was frightening; the car was probably riding on the bumpstops.
I later carefuly noticed that during turns the back of the car rolls more than the front, possibly leading to the situation I experienced before if you don't floor the gas on exiting the turn.
So what causes this rapid wearing out of the rears? I've had the Konis for about 10 000 miles. There are lots of speedbumps in my area but I'm always careful with them. What could be at fault?
