2001 9-3SE wheel damage/flaw-- covered by warranty?

One wheel on my brand spanking new 9-3SE appears to have a sidewall bubble that may have been caused by a pothole or may have been inherent with the wheel. In any event, the tire needs to be replaced. I don't recall having hit any especially bad potholes (although I live in Chicago, and the roads aren't great), and this never happened with my old car after 5 years on the street.
What is the likelihood that this is covered by Goodyear's warranty?
