Try to get a chain or something that can go under the car and attach to the others side of the car cover. I know that there is a hole for this in the mid section of my car cover located by the driverside and passenger side doors. I have done this and attached a chain and a lock. This should prevent any future problems. Now the only way they can steal the cover is to cut it away.
