On the NG900's and 9-3's, the T5 ECU has the APC integrated into the ECU. Anything that you read about modified APC's is for the Classis 900's and does not apply to your vehicle.
The 33-2663 is the correct filter. K&N reps don't have a clue, but that is the filter P/N that you need.
Get the Saab Sports exhaust. It is sometimes $300 on the web. It is made by Saab. You can also get it from your dealer. It is not too loud. Very few find it objectionable.
The Viggen BPV is not much better than the stock unit. You do not need to worry about that part until you increase the boost pressure.
http://www.abbottamerica.com has the ECU's. The ECU has to be yanked and shipped to England. There has been some talk about setting up a US ECU mod shop, but with the economy the way that is, I would not be surprised if that did not happen soon. There are cheaper ECU mods available if you ship the ECU to sweden etc.
