After reading about Dean's 1995 SET 900 brake job with the first set of rotors at 130,000 miles, I begin to wonder.

On the basis of this post, gator, I have phoned the Saab customer line here in Canada to see how 33K miles/new rotors sounds to them. This is a city-driven automatic. It is not abused.

Saab was courteous. They have been courteous and generous on previous occasions. I even got a beautiful big wall calendar out of one call.

Let's see whether they are as generous with unwritten rotor wear warranties as they are on phone time and calendars.

It pays to be complimentary over the phone. The words they want to hear are "I'd buy another one." And I can say that with a "sraight voice" if not face. I would buy another. Most Saabers end up buying another one.
