(I think the Aero wheels are nicer, but I guess thats cause I have one)
Other cosmetical differences include:
Viggen has a much lower ride height
The back spoilers are also different. The Viggen spoiler has
a much sleeker spoiler, the Aero has a bridge spoiler.
The Viggen has a roof mounted radio antenna, the Aero has a
GSM "Shark fin" antenna on the roof and an electric antenna
on the rear quarter panel.
Of course the Viggen has the 2.3T (230hp) while the Aero has
2.0T (205hp). Nordic can increase these to 280hp and 260hp
respectively via a Step 3 upgrade. (This also includes lowering
of the Aero ride height too)
Interior the seats I believe in the Viggen are two tone leather,
while the Aero are plain black leather, with a neat "turbo"
embossed into the leather.
I'm sure there are other details, but these are just some I've seen.
Over all the standard Viggen has a much more agressive stance,
I guess mainly due to the lower ride height.
