I have put 2 winters on my Q's on the Viggen. I got 4 alloys with the Q's mounted on them at the Saab dealer for 900 bucks. Are they still doing this? Might check the dealer first.
My opinion on the tires- they are better dry handling the the Hakka 2's I have run on all my other cars. Better on icy surfaces, but not as good in deeper snow. I look at the Q as beong Hakka's response for Blizzak style ice tires. Lots of sipes, but the tread is not as deep or aggressive as the Hakka 2's. Bottom line is- do you drive mostly snowy or icy roads. If you are in the north country with lots of real snow- go Hakka 2, as narrow as you can get away with, and the car will outperform all 4wd with wider tread.
The Q's are not too expensive here in the Northeast. I got 4 just recently for my 850 (185/65/15) for about 75-80 bucks a piece.
Look at Arctic Alpins too.
