If the rotors are in good shape, you can just replace the pads if needed. Otherwise, you can get aftermarket rotors and do the work your self or have the dealer or a mechanic replace them for you with new pads.
The rear brakes have small pads and putting new pads on old rotors can be done. The front pads are quite large and I have serious reservations about these on well worn rotors.
The issue is that the outer areas of the rotors wear more than close to the hub. So the surface is no longer perfectly flat. So new pads will need to bed into a non flat rotor. The larger the pad, the greater the non conformance.
New pads and rotors are quite reasonably priced as aftermarket. The dealer labor is very exxpensive. You can save a bundle if you are into DIY. If you are into dirt, this is one of the best jobs to get your hands and nails seriously messy!
