Sorry for the comment I just couldn't resist.
I think it's probly been covered by Dean below but I repeat it anyway. Get a manual boost controller (allows for "full factory boost" levels in all gears) and a K&N airfilter. Both of these can be bought for under $100 and will certainly give you a few more ponies under the hood.
After about one year you'll probly start to want some more ponies. Then you should start to think about a Saab sport exhaust and upgraded ECU($1200-450). Now your flying but the torque steer is starting to piss you off so get the Viggen rescue kit from Abbott Racing($650) and why your at it you mind as well get some new upgraded springs and shocks($1100-450). Drive this set up for about a year and then repost. We'll then have the new updated list by then. Have fun and I'll talk to you again in a couple of years.
