On the saab catalog is says lifetime warranty. This does not say that but I assume that it should last the cars lifetime. But what about the section of the system that you are not replacing (i guess before rear silencer). Is that prone to needing replacing. (Just a tidbit of info The parts dealer at my saab dealer says that chromium steel is better than stainless)

Who are you getting to install, diy, dealer, indy, buddy? How long do you expect it to take?

I have on my 99 base a k&n filter and will probably either wait a year till my warranty is up before mbc or may not do it at all (scared). IS the exhaust upgrade worth it for me (i have heard 7hp and 16 ilbs of torque im not sure that im even correct with that)
