This does not sound right. The coolant and trany fluid are not changed this early. I expect that they check the levels and check the coolant specific gravity. But that cannot change unless someone has added water because of a leak.
Seems early for the brake bleed as well.
Wash the cabin air filter. The prices that you list cannot be accurate. The cabin air filters cost around $38 at US dealers. It takes 10 minutes to install.
The emergency brake should never need adjustment. If you find the handle comming up higher then chances are that the mechanism is getting rust bound and the parking brake shoes are hanging up, dragging and wearing. The rotot needs to be removed and the slide and pivot points lubed. They seem to be dry from the factory. The parking brake shoes will never wear if they are working properly. Adjusting is not the correct solution.
Four brake adjustment? The brakes so not need to be ajusted! Are you thinking a 4 wheel alignement.... where only the toe in can be adjusted...?
