You go to the dealer, get treated great by them but when you talk to the tech guy he has a condeseding attitude towards you. I had my car serviced and steering alinged. When I got on the road I had to hold the wheel to the left way more than I would tolorate in a good priced sporty car. When I took it back a couple of days later to correct it I was treated great by the service people but when I went for a ride with the tech guy he said there was nothing wrong with it. I told him I was not a car novice and knew all about the crowns in the road and steering with Saabs. Non the less he agian said theres nothing wrong with it and the he didn't know what I was talking about. He gave me a bad attitude thru the whole thing I didn't appreciate. After I told him I have driven close to 80,000 miles in several different Saabs I was not some idiot who didn't know anything about Saabs, and that I expect the steering wheel to be strait in a medium priced car he didn't say another word for the rest of the ride. It really pisses me off when I am treated like I don't know crap about Saabs and that they can try to make me think nothing is wrong with the car. OK enough venting now, I feel much better.
