If you're prepared to spend some time with
the various investigative resources available
at Tire Rack, and try to fit your requirements
into the data, you can usually find the right
tire.

First place I'd be inclined to look because I've
had good experience with the makers in the last 15
years would be Michelin and Dunlop. But I've owned
Pirellis and Yokohamas before and would look there too.

One tire I have never owned but which the Euros seem
to like is the Continental.

I see the name Toyo coming up repeatedly in connection
with all-round satisfactory performance and long wear.

It's like buying shoes. You generally get what you pay
for but not always.
