The rear floor does stay at an incline. Even though my 9-3 holds an 8'4"
sailboard over the tilted front seat, without putting the rear seat down at all, still for larger loads, and the front seat's unobstruction, I remove the bottom cushions of the back seat entirely. A small hammer taps out the 4 pins, and the circlips, undamaged, are ready to reinstall later.
Lately the rear seat-back beam has been quickly and simply removed also.
Rear floor is flatter; front seats more spacious. Easy reinstall.
