My '01 3 door Viggen did this at low speeds as well after delivery. Not knowing the car well enough, since it was so different to my SE HOT in performance and driving, I thought because of the tighter suspension and low profile tires. Then I went back to the dealer to have some clunking sounds diagnosed and they found one of the front wheel bearings had prematurely failed to the point the wheel geometry was being affected.

Once fixed the problem went away for a month and then came back, although much more subtly this time, I checked the tire pressures and found them to be 7 to 9 PSI low - chronic for low profiles! As soon as I set the pressures to the recommended setting, the problem went away and now I only get torque steer under power (but I'll get the VRK to remedy even that though). YMMV.
