Possible Warranty Issues

I'm heading close to 45000km and aside from the first 15000km, I haven't brought back the car to the Saab dealership for maintenance. Instead I've been taking it to a Chevrolet dealership where a family member work, who I trust more and would do a thorough job than the Saab person.
#1 - Since I'm close to the big 48000km (30000 mile for those of you in the US), several of the major services are due. I don't plan to do any of the maintenance stuff at Saab. I've got a '01 manual trans.
#2 - With the luck I am having, I'll pass 80000km, when the warranty expires, without a problem to report.
Lets take scenario #1 if I encounter a problem after 48000 (or even now). Will I run into any warranty problems if say the engine, transmission, etc. starts having problems by not having my mainteance service done at the Saab dealership? I have all the maintenance records of the Chevrolet dealership (still GM mindyou).
I assume that after 80000km, if I have a problem with the car, I have to shell out my own money.
