The front suspension needs to be firmer, especially with the Viggens. The steering rack floats around in thick rubber bushings and there are other bushings that move too much. The Abbott Viggen REscue Kit is expensive but very effective. It costs around $800 plus about $300 to install. It is not a DIY install.

The springs and sway bar are about optimal, so these are left as is. Several have upgraded to Koni shocks on the Viggens. But that can wait and there is no advantage to installing shocks with the VRK in terms of labor synergy.
Some times the Viggens blow the diaphragms in the BPV, bypass valves. That may not be happening as mucg as with the early production. The replacement of choice is a metal piston type valve, Forge seems very popular on this BB. You cannot install a blow off valve with the Viggen or any other air mass meter controlled engine as it will cause engine stumble and often a check engine light.
You can get an modfied ECU for even more power. But the Viggen is very strong already.
Tires... well that is a whole issue in it self and not to specific to the Viggen.
Spark plugs: The type of NGK platinum plugs installed at the factory have often led to performance complaints. Perhaps it is the fuels here. The NGK standard inexpensive plugs work better.
There are two different air boxes that have been fitted at the factory which has made things a mess. You need to remove the old element to read the part number on it, then search this and perhaps the performance BB for that number to get a K&N cross reference.
You don't need to modify the air box.
