I had bad experience with Patrick Saab. They told me I reported too many problems and since I didn't buy the car from them, they didn't want to do all the warranty work (I think they said "they CANNOT do the work")! I reserved a loaner but they took my credit card for their "protection" and asked me to fill up the gas ! Also the service center had both GM and Saab cars in it. I think the same group of GM people fix the Saab too. I don't trust them. I prefer someone specializes in Saabs or European cars.

I bought my car from Saab Exchange in Highland Park. Whether I took the car back to them or to the one in Milwaukee, I received much better services from them. I got a loaner and my car got washed too. They repect their customers and they know what they are doing.

The one in Milwaukee got separate Sales and Service sections for Saab. Saab Exchange used to sell and service only Saab cars. Now they sell and service Porsche too. I always bring my car back to them.

P.S. Motor Werks probably the worst one. They didn't mention to me about the incentive !
